L’Équipe Entreprise is a non-profit charitable organization, which obtained its patent letters in 1996.

Mission
To provide work to people with mental health problems in a supportive milieu with the goals of improving work habits and improving self confidence while permitting them to acquire enriching work experience and contributing to the well-being of the society by maintaining them in their own environment

Goals
This program contains two goals: first, to create work activities for people who have a mental illness and second, to offer to the community quality goods and services at a reasonable cost.

Services offered
L’Équipe Entreprise offers work activities in four areas of services:
     Production of healthy frozen meals (increasing in demand);
     Catering service;
     Customer service;
     Services to seniors:
          - Organizing, preparing and serving community luncheons
          - Table service at lunchtime
          - Serving of tea and participating in recreational activity at a seniors club

These services are offered to the following clientele:
     The public at large;
     Community organizations;
     Public and private institutions.
